Strategy. | Systems. | Support.
Sunrise Enterprise Solutions helps entrepreneurs and small-business owners build businesses that work better—for their customers, their teams, and themselves.
We combine strategy, practical systems, business education, and hands-on support to help clients understand what’s creating friction, determine what needs to change, and actually put better solutions into practice.
Strategy
Through Sunrise Consulting, we help businesses and organizations determine what needs to change and how to move forward.
Education
Through Sunrise Academy, we help business owners and entrepreneurs build the knowledge and skills behind better decisions.
Implementation
Through Sunrise Solutions, we provide hands-on implementation when a business needs experienced people to help get the work done.
We teach you. We build with you. We support you as you grow.
The Sunrise Difference
Business owners are often given two choices: hire someone to tell them what to do or hire someone to complete a list of tasks.
Sunrise was built to bridge the gap between the two.
Sometimes you need someone to help identify the problem. Sometimes you need to understand something well enough to make the right decision.
Sometimes you need a better system. And sometimes you need someone capable of taking responsibility for getting the work done.
Sunrise was designed to meet businesses at each of those points.
Why We Exist
Our mission is to help business owners and organizations build the knowledge, systems, capacity, and support they need to operate confidently and grow sustainably.
We look beyond quick fixes because business challenges rarely exist in isolation.
Inconsistent marketing may be connected to an inefficient process. An overwhelmed entrepreneur may need more than another productivity tool—they may need clearer priorities, better systems, or work taken off their plate. A growing small business may not need more activity at all. It may need stronger operations and a more deliberate strategy.
Sunrise helps businesses understand how those pieces work together and create practical solutions that can continue working as the organization evolves.
Success should create more opportunity—not more chaos.
What Guides Us
The best business system isn’t the most sophisticated one. It’s the one people will actually use.
Strategy is only valuable when it can be applied. We believe in clear recommendations, usable systems, and practical solutions that make operating a business easier—not more complicated.
More clients, more revenue, and a fuller calendar do not automatically create a stronger business.
We help business owners build the capacity, systems, and structure needed to support growth over the long term.
Business owners and organizational leaders should understand the decisions and systems shaping their organizations, even when they have help managing them.
Education gives entrepreneurs and leaders greater confidence to make informed decisions and guide what comes next.
The right support should make a business easier to operate.
Whether we are consulting, teaching, creating systems, or providing hands-on implementation, our work should reduce friction and help clients focus their energy where it creates the most value.
Our Founder
Sarah Church-Carroll is the founder and driving force behind Sunrise Enterprise Solutions.
Sarah Church-Carroll founded Sunrise around a simple belief: business support should solve problems—not just add another person, platform, or task list to manage.
With an MBA focused on Entrepreneurship and Small Business and hands-on experience across business operations, administration, marketing, websites, content, project management, and organizational systems, Sarah has experienced business from both the strategic and implementation sides.
Her work with small businesses and community organizations has reinforced something that now shapes the Sunrise approach: business problems rarely stay neatly inside one department.
Marketing affects operations. Operations affect customer experience. Poor systems consume capacity. Leadership decisions affect everything underneath them.
That’s why Sarah doesn’t approach a business by asking only, “What tasks can we take off your list?”
The better questions are:
Our Story
Sunrise began as Sunrise Virtual Assistant Services, providing hands-on support to entrepreneurs and organizations that needed more capacity.
But over time, a pattern became clear. Clients didn’t always need another person to complete more tasks. Sometimes the task wasn’t actually the problem.
They needed better processes. Clearer priorities. Stronger marketing strategy. Systems that made delegation possible. Someone to look at the bigger picture and help determine what needed to change.
Sunrise Enterprise Solutions grew from that realization.
Today, Sunrise still believes deeply in hands-on support—but we’ve expanded the model to include the strategy, education, and systems that make that support more effective.
Our Philosophy
There isn’t one correct way to run a business—and there isn’t one type of brain that’s good at entrepreneurship.
Sunrise has roots in supporting neurodivergent entrepreneurs, particularly business owners with ADHD, autism, and executive-function challenges.
That experience has shaped an important part of our philosophy: the system should work for the person using it—not the other way around.
We don’t assume everyone should organize information the same way, maintain the same routines, communicate the same way, or have the same capacity every day.
Instead, we look for practical solutions that fit the actual person, team, and organization.
What's Next
Businesses change as they grow—and the systems that got you here aren’t necessarily the systems that will take you where you’re going next.
Maybe you need clarity about your next move. Maybe your operations need better systems. Maybe you’re ready to delegate. Maybe you know exactly what needs to happen and simply need someone to help make it happen.
Sunrise Enterprise Solutions helps you figure out what your business needs next—and gives you the strategy, systems, and support to build it.
Let’s figure out what needs to happen next.
